Bread & Water catering was started by sisters Meave and Faye McAuliffe and is based in Venice, California.  They grew up in the kitchen of their mothers french bakery and restaurant with the freedom to get their hands dirty in huge mixing bowls of bread dough and cook whatever they could dream up.  Meave was the pastry chef at Gjelina Restaurant for 3 years before helping to open Gjelina Take Away.  Faye’s background in interior design inspires her approach to food and event styling.

We believe in using fresh, organic, and local ingredients whenever possible.  We build our menus specifically for each client from what we find at the farmers market, ensuring you will always get the best ingredients for your next event.
